Horizontal deployment in farmers’ fields to overcome productivity issues and increase productivity. These are one on one farmer visits and meetings. While doing so farmers’ current concerns, issues and advisory needs are addressed.
The Samriddhi Centre Manager along with the subject matter specialist from a local agri institution, visits the farmers field at regular intervals to assist the farmer in implementation of the counseled and demonstrated technology in his field. Crop on the field is examined and farmer queries are resolved by subject matter specialist.
This service can be availed by all the farmers associated with the Mahindra Samriddhi Centre for that location.
